To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a retainer. Once you send us your wedding details, we’ll prepare a personalized proposal and everything can be confirmed digitally.
Your date is officially reserved once the retainer is received.Your date is confirmed with a 50% retainer and the signed agreement.
The remaining balance is due one week before the event. If you prefer to split the final amount, we can suggest a schedule that fits your planning.

Most proposals are surprises, so before the big day we schedule a virtual call to plan the moment together with the person proposing. In many cases, discretion is key — we may blend in with other visitors, and we’ve even stepped into the role of drivers or guides when needed, all to protect the surprise and keep everything feeling natural.
Proposals can be documented through photography only, or with both photo and video. If helpful, we’re also happy to guide you and share trusted local contacts for elements like florals, simple décor, or music.
For proposals in the Sacred Valley, our team’s transportation involves an additional fee.
